You will need:

  • 200 g. raw marzipan

  • 20 g. Protein flour

  • 110 g. Powdered sugar

  • 1 egg white (from a small egg)

  • Slipped almonds

How to do:

Sieve Protein flour and powdered sugar and mix it all together with the marzipan and egg white.
The dough must not be too dry or sticky. If too sticky you add powdered sugar

Roll the dough to 2 sausage alike and put in refrigerator for minimum one hour

Divide them in bullets and distribute them on the baking plate and press them gently from top

One almond is placed on top and press gently again

Place the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees celcius in 15 minutes, until they get slightly colored

The cookies are very soft , so wait some minutes before move the a bake grate to cool

It is possible to dip the cookies in melted chocolate. Let them dry upside down. The cookies should be kept in an air tight box.

What is Proteinmeal:

The flour consist if meal worms, which are dried and then blended. Protein content 55%, fat 32%, dietary fibers 5,8% and no carbonhydrates. The meal worms are mainly feed with organic products and the flour is delivered in a biodegradable paper bag.
