Ingredients:

  • 1 dl. oatmeal
  • 2 dl. wheat flour
  • 1,5-2 teaspoon protein flour
  • 1,5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana (crushed)
  • 2 egg size L or XL
  • 1,5 dl. milk
  • Oil or butter for the frying

How to do:

Blend the oatmeal

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl

Mix the dry and wet ingredients. eventually use a blender

Heat up the frying pan and add the oil or butter

Fry the pancakes until they are golden in color. Serve with your own choice

What is Proteinmeal:

The flour consist if meal worms, which are dried and then blended. Protein content 55%, fat 32%, dietary fibers 5,8% and no carbonhydrates. The meal worms are mainly feed with organic products and the flour is delivered in a biodegradable paper bag.
