You will need the following:

  • 50 g. protein flour
  • 50 g. wheat flour
  • 1 dl. oatmeal
  • 1 dl. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dl. sunflower seeds
  • ½ dl. chia seeds
  • ½ dl. sesam seeds
  • 1 dl. flax seeds
  • 1,5 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tsk. Baking powder
  • 0,5 dl. oil
  • 2,5 dl. water

Tips:

It is possible to add other kind of seeds like hemp seeds, Nigella seeds or Quinoa seeds

Mix the dried ingredients in a bowl.

Add oil and water, so the dough forms a thick porriage, and let stay over some minutes.

The dough is now put on baking paper, and another piece of baking paper is put on top

Roll out the dough with a cake roll, so you get a big flat surface of dough

Remove the upper layer of baking paper, and make the scratch with a knife to obtain the size of
crisp pieces

Baking time is 15 min. at 200 degrees Celcius in a convection oven

What is Proteinmeal:

The flour consist if meal worms, which are dried and then blended. Protein content 55%, fat 32%, dietary fibers 5,8% and no carbonhydrates. The meal worms are mainly feed with organic products and the flour is delivered in a biodegradable paper bag.
