Prices & ordering
All prices are inclusive VAT (25 %) and transport cost inside Denmark. For shipment outside Denmark, an added price will be invoiced. Prices and product assortment can be changed over time and without warning.
Order confirmation
When the order has been completed, the customer will get an order confirmation in mail box.
Reservation from our Side
We can not guarantee a product will always be available, as well as prices may change over time.
Safety at online payment
All payments are online via our homepage. Safety are a focus for us. Payment with credit card are directed to NETS. For more info see www.betaling.dk
Credit card
On BioInsect.dk it is possible to use ”Dankort” only. No fee is added to the payment.
Delivery Terms
Varerne leveres med eller GLS. Leveringstiden vil, afhængig af det bestilte produkt, være 1 – 3 arbejdsdage. Denne leveringstid er forventet og således ingen garanti for, at du modtager produktet til den angivne tid. BioInsect ApS kan ikke drages til ansvar for forsinkelse af leverancer.
Return of goods
Related to the danish purchase act, the buyer is guaranteed a 14 days return of the delivered product. The product must then be returned un opened and in same condition as when it was recieved. The money will then be paid back within 2 weeks.
It is the customer that pay for the returning the goods as well as any damage that may happen in the returning of the goods.
Complaint
Any complaint related to the product must be informed BioInsect not later than one day after receival of the product. A mail must be sent to info@bioinsect.dk or phone +45 23 26 56 19. A new pack will then be shipped, or we will ensure return of money.
